This year, in lieu of the vendor exposition, the Mile High Denver Chapter is going social. In order to provide better value to our members and our vendors, we’re changing the focus of our sponsorships this year. The overall goal is to provide more discussion and learning opportunities around the subjects that are important to our members by providing more face time with the people who have the expertise and solutions they need. Instead of booths and walk-by marketing, the Mile High Denver Chapter is offering the opportunity to sponsor Breakfast, Lunch, two Breaks, presentation materials or a lunch roundtable session specifically focused on the subjects (topics or industries) that are driving the industry today. Vendors can select from one of the topics or industries listed below, or recommend their own. Instead of taking time to qualify needs, the members will tell you what’s important to them simply by attending your roundtable session. This is a very effective yet inexpensive way to reach out to potential clients and gain valuable insights from them as well.

Spring Seminar Sponsorship Agreement Form

The number of tables for any one topic or industry is limited to two and it is first-come-first-serve. Vendors will be able to exclusively distribute their wares at their roundtable sessions. Vendors can also sponsor more than one table (limit 2) so don’t delay and sign up now to take advantage of this opportunity to have direct face time with your clients and prospects on the subjects that matter most.
