Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received no later than 10 am MST, Friday before the meeting. Registration fees will not be refunded for cancellations received after this date/time. No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
Walk-in Policy: A $5 surcharge will be added to the meeting fee for all walk-ins.
